Job Type: Full-time, exempt, then a guaranteed fixed base, plus commission!

Training Rate: Fixed Training Salary for the first three months, starting at $2,884.62 to $3,076.92 per bi-weekly pay period during training, then:

Post Training Rate: Yearly fixed base pay of $15,000 per year, PLUS percentage of store sales and percentage of personal sales on uncapped commission!
