Background Retail Concepts of Minnesota operates a store called Crown & Crest at the EPCOT World Showcase.
This store is located in the United Kingdom pavilion and offers guests an engaging way to interact with and learn about the history of their given and last names.
Crown and Crest sells last name histories, family crests, and other United Kingdom-themed goods, including apparel, knights, chess sets, and souvenir swords.
Role Summary Retail Concepts of Minnesota seeks an individual with previous management experience to lead Crown and Crest in the United Kingdom pavilion at EPCOT.
Role Description Store Managers (SMs) with Retail Concepts of Minnesota are viewed as the company's in-store ambassadors.
SMs with Retail Concepts are expected to lead teams to reach measurable success and consistent growth in sales, talent management, and general store operations.
The SM will prepare the Guest Experience Managers and Coaches for monthly, weekly, and daily goals.
The SM will oversee all retail store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, HR conversations, training, hiring, and more.
The SM will act as the liaison to corporate leadership from the Store Operations Team and should be able to speak to their location's behaviors, performance, and results.
The SM will create a quarterly vision and set goals for the team to execute.  The SM will educate and hold their team members accountable for meeting the expectations outlined in each respective role.
Team Demonstrate a culture of respect with peers, leaders, and business partners   Assume positive intent and maintain an open-communication culture Hold scheduled chats/meetings with MODs to ensure they are up-to-date on business goals   Continuously check for understanding and educate team members so they may do their best work Provide timely and balanced feedback to improve processes or service Provide clear direction to each level of leadership, respectively, to eliminate confusion or inefficiency Respond quickly to team needs Work through team members and leaders to help them achieve development and store goals Use Humanity, Namely, Revel Reporting, ShopperTrack Reporting, and Thanx Reporting Work at least two nights and one weekend per week Customers Be vigilant and responsive to address guest needs Be the example to the team in awareness and availability to guests by being active on the floor Utilize creativity to present options and minimize customer service detractors Observe guest interactions with the team and proactively step in to support if needed Follow up with team members after guest interactions to provide feedback (+/-) and educate Observe guest experiences in-store and provide feedback for improvements in product, scheduling, and processes Routinely check store visual standards and partner with marketing/ops/repair teams appropriately Understand and integrate the Disney Service Guidelines Use the Revel and Matra systems Product Share knowledge of products with guests and the team Demonstrate our products with the guests and with team members Ensure the floor is fully stocked and clean   Offer ordering/shipping options to guests so they can get what they want when they want it Ensure orders and inventory receipts have been completed accurately and on time to maintain the correct on-hand counts of product and escalate as necessary Frequently move stock weighing up to 30 lbs from the back room to the sales floor Tasks  Create a strategic plan for each quarter in partnership with corporate leadership  Identify, communicate, and initiate long-term tasks that need to be accomplished with the store leadership team  Foster a learning environment for team members  Ensure the daily cash tasks are completed accurately and on time  Ensure the store is safe and secure  Send a recap of each shift to peers so everyone can stay aligned on goals Powered by JazzHR
