Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the sales team, providing coaching and support to help them achieve their sales targets. Ensure that all products are in stock and showcased effectively for our customers. Oversee payroll, recruitment, hiring, and training processes for new employees. Manage daily operational tasks associated with institutional sales and rental services for all assigned accounts. Promote our Music & Arts lesson program and collaborate with our instructors.
