Your key responsibilities include: Delivering exceptional Guest Services Controlling expenses and managing shrink Implementing effective merchandising strategies Handling inventory control Staffing and training team members Organizing setup, pack-up, and teardown of our seasonal store To qualify, you must be at least 21 years old with a flexible schedule. The role requires the ability to stand or walk for over 8 hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move items up to 50 pounds. Previous retail management experience is a must!
