Our company is currently hiring for a Retail Store Manager. This position is ideal for a highly motivated, friendly individual with a passion for coaching people, apparel, and a strong desire to interact with customers.
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our retail location. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a deep understanding of retail operations. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
Conduct employee orientation, training & development, and performance evaluations.
Manage recruitment processes, including interviewing and onboarding new staff members.
Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize loss and optimize stock levels.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as safety regulations.
Develop and manage budgets while monitoring expenses to maximize profitability.
Utilize retail math for pricing strategies, sales analysis, and financial reporting.
Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and team management.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Assist with backroom organization, display setup, and inventory tasks, including receiving, tagging, pricing, and stocking merchandise, when requested.
Weekend hours required
Must be able to work Holiday Hours
Requirements
Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with a strong understanding of retail operations.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Proficient in inventory management practices with experience in merchandising and stocking.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Strong organizational skills with effective time management abilities.
Familiarity with POS systems and retail sales processes is essential.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written, along with phone etiquette.
