Are you passionate about music and customer service? As the Retail Store Manager, you will lead daily operations and sales to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while achieving sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide and mentor your sales team through coaching, support, and motivation to achieve their sales goals.
Monitor financial performance, inventory levels, and sales statistics to drive business success.
Ensure the store is stocked with merchandise and displays are set up attractively.
Oversee payroll management, recruitment, hiring, and training for store employees.
Execute operational tasks for institutional sales and rental services for your assigned accounts.
Promote our Music & Arts lesson program and provide assistance to our talented teachers.
Deliver outstanding customer service to every customer, making their experience memorable.
Perform additional duties as assigned to enhance store operations.

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00/hr plus bonuses based on your experience and the specific location.

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years of retail management experience.
A background or strong interest in music.
