What youll do in your role Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store. Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store. Ensure your store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing all store functions from sales and inventory to the implementation of new store programs and initiatives. Lead by example, selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan that keep customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love, including unique accessories and up?and?coming Internet of Things (IoT) devices. Maintain the stores presentation and performance to be at its best. In-store experience and training Approaching service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy. Become proficient in the use of digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding to actively demonstrate: How our coverage stacks up in the customers neighborhood, highlighting a fast LTE network. How plans and services enable customers to live unlimited, stay connected and go further. How we redefine wireless with device and account inspection, review and troubleshooting. Complete trainings on in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources. Team and customer experience Build relationships with employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues. Identify and hand off small business leads. Develop strong peer relationships and be accountable for the companys success. Provide first-class customer experience while enjoying a positive work environment.
