We are currently hiring a dedicated Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our upcoming Moida retail location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for customer service.
Hours
The store is scheduled to open later this year. Prospective store hours will be 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM, and the Store Manager will be expected to work flexible hours based on operational needs.
Weekend shifts are mandatory, and flexibility is required for schedule adjustments, including evenings, holidays, and peak periods.
Compensation Salary ranges from $69,000-75,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Main responsibilities Hire, onboard, and train Sales Representatives and Retail Clerks to ensure excellent customer service and uphold store standards
Supervise, train, and support team members through daily coaching and performance management
Cross-train employees and assist in developing Assistant Managers for operational continuity
Develop and manage employee work schedules and promotional calendars, particularly during peak holiday seasons
Monitor store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation to maintain a welcoming and on-brand environment
Maintain accurate inventory levels by executing purchasing plans, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely restocking
Oversee receiving processes: verify incoming shipments and update the POS system accordingly
Conduct regular product price checks and confirm name tag accuracy; make necessary adjustments
Visit the bank 2-3 times per week to complete cash deposit transactions
Identify and implement opportunities to improve brand visibility, in-store promotions, and customer engagement
Participate in weekly Zoom meetings with the Korea-based team and align on promotional initiatives
Manage controllable expenses and support efforts to achieve profitability targets
Qualifications Prior experience in retail store management (2+ years preferred)
Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover, scheduling tools like Homebase, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred, as communication with Korean-speaking headquarters and vendors may be required
