Your Responsibilities as a Retail Store Leader:
As the manager of your store, you will oversee all operations including recruiting, managing, and inspiring associates to meet financial objectives while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your leadership will drive the success of your store.
Don’t worry; we commit to equipping you for success with an extensive training program lasting eight weeks or more.

Desired Skills & Experience:
A high school diploma is required
Willingness to work within a 50-mile radius
Ability to maintain a flexible schedule including weekends
Food Safety certification (Serve Safe)
Physical Requirements:
This position requires standing for extended periods, preparing hot and cold foods, and handling kitchen equipment in a fast-paced environment. Employees may need to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to a dynamic atmosphere with various duties throughout their shifts.
