Overview: As the Retail Store Head Manager, you will lead our store operations and team to align with the company’s vision and exceed our sales goals.
Responsibilities:
Clearly communicate operational goals and directives to drive your team's contributions towards meeting sales targets.
Manage employee schedules, operational tasks, visual merchandising, and ensure timely completion of processes.
Adhere to payroll budgets while maintaining the highest customer satisfaction standards.
Collaborate with the District Manager and Human Resources on associate relations matters, including potential terminations.
Engage actively in store meetings and conference calls to foster innovative ideas and solutions for business improvements.
Build and nurture a cohesive team focused on delivering exceptional sales and profit results.
Provide transparent leadership that fosters a performance-oriented culture based on integrity and trust.
Inspire team performance by offering constructive feedback and evaluations to meet productivity goals.
Assess individual and team development needs and provide ongoing training and coaching for success.
Recognize and encourage positive behaviors while addressing performance issues with developmental feedback.
Identify opportunities for advancement among associates ready for the next level of their career.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old.
A minimum of 2 years of retail management experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent; a College degree is a plus.
Ability to respond to store alarms as necessary.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Strong motivation for achieving results.
Ability to take initiative and solve problems effectively.
Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
Capability to lift 15-30 pounds as needed.
