Overview: As the Head Manager, you will oversee staff and store operations to achieve company objectives. Responsibilities: Communicate the store's operational goals and directives to maximize team contributions toward the sales plan. Complete schedules, operational tasks, visual merchandising, and follow processes within specified timelines. Ensure the payroll budget is achieved without compromising customer expectations. Collaborate with the District Manager and/or Human Resources on associate relations issues, including potential terminations. Engage in store meetings and conference calls to foster innovation, identify business opportunities, and communicate best practices. Build and maintain a strong team committed to delivering sales and profit results. Provide honest, effective leadership with integrity, fostering a performance-driven culture. Motivate performance by providing timely feedback and evaluations on productivity goals. Identify individual and team development needs and provide ongoing coaching for skill enhancement. Recognize desired behaviors and effectively address performance issues through constructive feedback. Identify succession opportunities and help develop associates' capabilities for advancement. High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred. Able to respond to store alarm issues as necessary. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong drive to achieve results.
