As a Retail Store Associate, you'll aim to deliver excellent service while consistently meeting sales goals. Position Details: You will be working at Store #701961, located at: 4028 East Broad St., Columbus, OH 43213. This is a part-time position with a hiring rate of $13.75/hr. In your role, you will: Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service. Assist customers both in-person and over the phone by understanding their needs and presenting relevant products and services. Build strong, productive relationships with customers. Process sales transactions accurately per company policies. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain organized work order files and accurate formulas. Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed. Mix and tint products according to customer specifications. Organize shelves and create appealing displays. Keep store equipment clean and well-maintained. Unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries when necessary. Maintain presentable and in-stock conditions in assigned areas. Stay knowledgeable about our product offerings and communicate available options effectively. Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest improvement strategies for sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship for employment. Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish. Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: Possess a High School diploma or GED. Have at least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Previous experience in selling paint or related products is advantageous. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment is a plus.
