You will be trained as a personal chef and friendly butcher to develop high product knowledge and provide customers with recommendations. You will also be responsible for inventory control to ensure product freshness and availability, replenishing stock, fulfilling online orders, and delivering a friendly checkout experience. Compensation - $20/hour plus monthly performance bonus Essential Tasks and Responsibilities: Be a Brand Ambassador passionate about our quality products, educate customers about WFF Become a product and culinary expert through training, sharing recipes and cooking tips Provide a personalized shopping experience as a friendly butcher Assist customers at checkout and create a memorable experience Stock shelves, lift up to 50 lbs, rotate products, process shipments, and clean the store Manage price changes and operate cash register as needed Process e-commerce orders and oversee product delivery Work in cold environments, including walk-in freezers, during inventory and shipments Perform other related duties Physical Demands and Work Environment: Lift up to 50 pounds Work in extreme temperatures, including freezers Stand/walk for 8-10 hours Move within the store to access various areas Benefits include: 401k, culinary training, higher education programs, paid time off, monthly bonus, free shipping, monthly product giveaway, and store shopping allowance.
