You will work at Store #3347, located at 6404 Springfield Plz, Springfield, VA 22150-3428, and may occasionally be required to assist in nearby stores within a 5-mile radius.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and providing suitable products.
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers.
Accurately process sales transactions following company policies.
Work towards achieving sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Maintain organized work order files and product formulas.
Prepare and retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse.
Tint and mix products to customer specifications as needed.
Organize store displays and shelves for an attractive shopping experience.
Keep store equipment clean and operational.
Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
Help with deliveries when required.
Maintain a clean and well-stocked store environment.
Stay informed about product offerings to advise customers effectively.
Follow inventory control procedures reliably.
Propose ideas for improving store sales.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
Authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship.
Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish.
Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
High School diploma or GED.
One (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
Experience selling paint and paint-related products.
Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
