This position plays a vital role in the success of our retail stores. As a Retail Store Associate, you will closely collaborate with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, respond to inquiries regarding our products, and recommend suitable solutions. You are expected to address customer concerns promptly and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction while staying informed about product features. Additionally, you will help maintain the visual and quality standards of the store. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service to achieve and surpass sales goals. Engaging with customers in-store and over the phone to determine their needs and suggest appropriate products and services. Building strong and trusting relationships with customers. Accurately processing sales transactions while adhering to company policies and procedures. Maintaining precise work order files and product formulas. Retrieving and stocking products from the floor or warehouse. Tinting and mixing products according to customer specifications. Cleaning store equipment and organizing merchandise displays. Assisting with deliveries when necessary. Keeping assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing. Staying knowledgeable about products to discuss options with customers. Ensuring compliance with inventory control procedures. Proposing ideas to enhance sales performance. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring visa sponsorship. Must hold a valid and unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role. Previous experience in selling paint and related products. Familiarity with operating tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages, including Spanish.
