The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #702345, located at: 2135 E. Victory Drive Savannah GA 31404. This is a Part-time position. Join our team as a Retail Store Associate and be an integral part of our success! In this role, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers, helping them find precisely what they need. Your expertise in Sherwin-Williams products will ensure you can provide tailored recommendations and resolve any customer concerns to maximize their satisfaction. As a key member of our store team, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills while contributing to our sales goals and ensuring our store remains visually appealing and well-stocked. Your responsibilities will include: Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Assisting customers in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and showcasing suitable products. Building trusting relationships with our customers. Accurately processing sales transactions and adhering to company policies. Achieving sales targets consistently. Maintaining organized work order files and product formulas. Stocking shelves and setting up enticing displays. Maintaining cleanliness of store equipment and assisting with deliveries when needed. Keeping assigned areas in-stock and visually appealing. Staying updated on products offered and effectively communicating options to customers. To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 18 years of age. Legal authorization to work in the country without sponsorship. The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodations. A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred qualifications include: A valid and unrestricted driver's license. A high school diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position. Experience selling paint and related products. Familiarity with operating tinting and mixing equipment.
