Accountability: Store Manager or In-Charge

Status: Full Time or Part Time

Purpose: To operate register and assist in general activities to keep the store functioning smoothly and to provide an excellent donor experiences for all those coming to drop off donations while sorting donations for shipment to processing.

Duties: Provide an excellent customer service experience for everyone who enters the store or visits the dock. Operate the register as scheduled. Assist management in resolving customer concerns and returns. Assist in opening and closing store and dock as instructed. Assist in keeping shelves and racks full and displayed attractively and assist in keeping store and dock clean and organized. Process donations according to policy. Assist with loading or unloading purchases and donations. Jubilee Ministries is a privately funded 501(c)3 non-profit Christian ministry.
