We look forward to having you on our team! Key Responsibilities: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services. Build productive trust relationships with both wholesale and retail customers. Accurately process sales transactions according to company policies. Aim to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain precise work order files and formulas. Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tint and mix products to customer specifications. Stock shelves and set up attractive displays. Clean store equipment and assist with deliveries as needed. Keep assigned areas well-stocked and presentable. Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and engage customers in discussions about available options. Follow inventory control procedures. Propose ideas for improving sales performance. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship. Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion. Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or GED is preferred. One (1) year of experience in a retail, delivery, or customer service role. Previous experience in selling paint and paint-related products is a plus. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to communicate in more than one language is favored, especially Spanish.
