As a Retail Store and Operations Manager, you will coach, lead, and train your sales team to provide the best customer service experience. We seek someone passionate about their team and dedicated to store success. You will hold coaching sessions and motivate staff to achieve business and individual goals. Qualifications: Two (2) years of proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales) Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams Ability to stand for long periods Achieve sales and profit goals, analyze business needs, identify opportunities, and create/execute improvement plans Market and advertise activities Ability to communicate with and follow instructions from leadership Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs At Exclusive Wireless, we're re-imagining wireless rules and just getting started.
