We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Store Account Manager to join our team and help grow relationships with our retail partners.

Position Summary: As the Retail Store Account Manager, you will be the primary liaison for assigned retail store accounts. Your role will focus on ensuring outstanding service, driving sales growth, and fostering long-term partnerships through strategic account management and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the main point of contact for assigned retail accounts. * Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure partner satisfaction and retention. * Coordinate with internal teams (production, scheduling, logistics) for timely and accurate order fulfillment. * Analyze sales data and account performance to identify growth opportunities. * Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. * Conduct regular site visits and meetings with retail partners. * Collaborate with marketing and product teams on promotions and product launches. * Maintain detailed records of account activity and performance metrics.

Qualifications: * Experience in retail account management or customer-facing sales roles. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively. * Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. * Knowledge of countertop materials (granite, quartz, solid surface) is preferred.
