Your Role
As a Retail Stock Associate, you will play a crucial role in delighting shoppers with everything they need for extraordinary gift-giving, entertaining, and decorating. Your responsibilities will encompass exceptional customer service, cashier duties, merchandising, stocking, maintaining visual standards, and delivering curbside orders to our customers. Efficiently unload trucks and check in product following our company procedures. Stock merchandise according to visual and pricing standards while ensuring safety and productivity. Maintain organization and standards in both the stockroom and sales floor. Adhere to all company loss prevention policies and procedures. Support general housekeeping efforts as directed by management. Provide excellent customer service representing our brand effectively. Perform cashier duties according to customer service guidelines as needed. Your Qualifications A positive attitude with a commitment to fostering a collaborative and respectful culture. 1+ years of retail experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication and time management skills. Ability to engage customers in conversation. Minimum age of 16 years required. Capacity to lift up to 40 lbs. Both full-time and part-time associates can join the Company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan after three months of service, and all associates earn paid sick leave. Full-time employees also receive vacation and paid holidays. Benefits for full-time staff become effective on the first of the month following 30 days of continuous employment, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and other insurance programs.
