We’re seeking a proactive and skilled Regional Shop Manager to lead a small but dynamic specialty distribution and service center. This location combines light product assembly, repair services, and customer support under one roof.

Lead daily operations, including scheduling, shop workflow, and customer service.
Oversee light assembly and repair processes, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Manage inventory levels, procurement needs, and cost controls.
Handle budgeting, cash-handling procedures, and reporting.
Act as the local liaison for property management, safety compliance, and facility maintenance.
Proven leadership experience managing a small team or facility.
~ Technical aptitude with mechanical assembly or repair processes (industrial knowledge a plus).
~ Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
~ Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
