Responsibilities: Delivering a prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience. Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns. Assisting customers with their purchases and fuel transactions. Operating the cash register effectively. Ensuring fuel and merchandise availability for customers. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment. Supporting the Store Manager with daily operations. Leading the team to surpass store performance goals and objectives. Completing job-related duties as assigned. When management is absent, performing backup duties, including review of daily/monthly paperwork, resolving issues, ensuring plan-o-gram compliance, managing inventory ordering, conducting product counts, handling equipment maintenance, and training new hires. Requirements: Age requirement: Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, and 21 in Illinois, Arkansas, Kansas, and Alabama). High school diploma or GED, or a minimum of 6 months of related job experience. A minimum of 3 months of cashiering experience is required. Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching. Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds required. Dependable transportation is necessary.
