Compensation Pay Range: $14.81 - $21.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance bonuses, or specific premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. The Retail Service Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting store leadership in enhancing sales, customer service, store appearance, and overall operations. This position also takes on shift management duties when the Assistant or Store Manager is unavailable. We highly encourage bilingual candidates to apply! Key Responsibilities: Lead the store team in delivering exceptional customer service to both retail and professional customers. Monitor customer service levels in the retail showroom, ensuring adherence to customer service programs. Answer the phone in line with company policies and procedures. Efficiently process buy online/ship to store orders, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders while communicating shipment arrivals to customers as necessary. Oversee the handling of special orders and outside purchases, utilizing the electronic purchase order ledger accurately. Facilitate customer returns and exchanges in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring refunds are processed accurately and returned items are organized properly. Ensure all merchandise, including warranties and core charges, is invoiced correctly before leaving the store. Delegate and ensure completion of Image Maker and merchandising tasks as assigned. Supervise adherence to the posted work schedule, approving any changes through management and ensuring clock-in/out compliance. Conduct store opening and closing duties, including securing money, preparing bank deposits, and managing night security measures. Perform any other duties as assigned.
