Compensation Pay Range: $14.81 - $21.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses or premiums based on various factors. The Retail Service Associate will collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Managers to enhance sales, customer service, store presentation, and operations. This position also involves assuming leadership roles during shifts in the absence of higher management. Key Responsibilities: Guide team members to provide exceptional customer service to retail and professional customers. Monitor customer service standards within the retail showroom and ensure compliance with service programs. Oversee the proper handling of calls and ensure efficient processing of online orders and transfers. Manage special orders and returns, ensuring accurate processing and friendly service. Oversee the invoicing of merchandise, including core charges and warranties. Communicate important messages to the team and ensure merchandising tasks are delegated and completed. Ensure adherence to work schedules and appropriate clocking procedures by team members. Perform store opening and closing duties, ensuring security protocols are met. Complete any additional tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications: Required: Strong communication skills and ability to obtain RSS Certification. Desired: Retail sales experience, especially in the auto parts industry; knowledge of automotive systems; ASE Certification; bilingual abilities (Spanish is highly preferred).
