We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to various situations, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, and take appropriate action. Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify potential security risks. Utilize surveillance equipment such as CCTV to monitor activities and prevent unauthorized access. Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring the well-being of individuals in distress. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required for incident reporting or investigations. Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict resolution techniques to de-escalate situations. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behavior and reporting it accordingly. Skills Proficient in surveillance techniques and the operation of CCTV systems. Knowledgeable in first aid and CPR certification is preferred. Background in law enforcement or military service is highly valued. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Experience in security operations and loss prevention strategies. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse groups of people.
