Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist them by showcasing product styles, features, and benefits. Proactively resolve customer issues and efficiently manage multiple interactions in a bustling retail environment. Support customer needs across various shopping channels to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Handle transactions quickly and accurately at the register. Restock merchandise and manage shipments as required. Communicate current promotions and brand loyalty programs effectively.
