Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist them by showcasing product styles, features, and benefits. Proactively resolve customer issues and efficiently manage multiple interactions in a bustling retail environment. Support customer needs across various shopping channels to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Handle transactions quickly and accurately at the register. Restock merchandise and manage shipments as required. Communicate current promotions and brand loyalty programs effectively. Help minimize store loss through exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and tidy store. Desired Qualities: A positive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset. Strong customer service and engagement skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask effectively. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Willingness to stand or walk for extended periods and climb ladders as needed. Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
