Your responsibilities will include: Greeting each customer and embodying Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to cultivate customer loyalty. Efficiently managing cash register transactions. Becoming an expert in Ollie's products and weekly deals, showcasing incredible value to customers. Assisting with freight logistics and merchandising to enhance the shopping experience. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Willingness to train new Associates with little or no retail experience. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly. Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player focused on customer delight. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds. Starting pay for new hires is $15.75. Pay rates may vary based on location, position, experience, skills, and qualifications, but all associates will be compensated above the minimum wage as required by local laws.
