Store Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a tidy store environment including the back stock room and sales floor displays. Inventory Management: Conduct routine inventory checks to maintain stock levels accurately. Administrative Support: Carry out various tasks as directed by the management team to streamline operations. Store Operations: Participate in opening and closing duties while adhering to store policies and procedures. Qualifications: Previous experience in a Retail Sales Associate role or similar position is preferred. Familiarity with inventory management processes for efficient store operation. Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and inventory. A demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Exceptional communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members. Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Team spirit and willingness to collaborate effectively. A positive demeanor, reliability, and punctuality are vital. Flexible availability for different shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
