Brand: Spirit Halloween Join our dynamic team as a Retail Sales Team Member! You'll play a vital role in the setup, merchandising, and teardown of our exciting seasonal store. Your responsibilities will include delivering exceptional Guest Services in line with our Company Standards, while also contributing to sales growth through engaging customer interactions. Your contributions will extend to: Assisting the Store Management Team with sales generation Participating in promotional activities such as sign waving Ensuring cleanliness and organization through general housekeeping Helping with effective merchandising, signing, and pricing Operating Point of Sale (POS) systems Supporting loss prevention efforts Requirements: Minimum age of 16 Ability to climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds Must be available to stand or walk for up to 8 hours Please note that you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, but your employer will be the independent operator of this consignment store. This means that while Spirit Halloween provides quality products, the consignment operator will be responsible for your employment benefits and wages.
