Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Greet and guide customers into the store, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed. Product Knowledge: Share accurate and detailed information about our products, addressing customer inquiries with expertise. Sales Promotions: Keep customers updated about discounts, special deals, and promotions to enhance their shopping experience. Product Familiarity: Stay updated on new products, trends, and ongoing promotions for effective customer engagement and upselling. Merchandising: Organize and restock merchandise on shelves, maintaining optimal product visibility and availability. Transaction Handling: Operate the cash register skillfully, processing transactions accurately, including cash and credit payments. Store Maintenance: Assist with the upkeep of storage areas, create appealing merchandise displays, and work with team members to keep the store tidy and organized. Inventory Management: Perform routine inventory checks to maintain stock levels accurately and efficiently. Administrative Support: Complete various administrative tasks as directed by the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Team Lead. Store Operations: Participate in opening and closing tasks, adhering to operational protocols and procedures. Qualifications: Relevant Experience: Experience in a Retail Sales Associate role or similar environment is preferred. Inventory Management Knowledge: Familiarity with stocking procedures for effective store operations. Numerical Aptitude: Basic math skills for transaction handling, pricing, and inventory oversight. Sales Proficiency: Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities for building trust with customers and teamwork. Adaptability: Comfort in fast-paced, dynamic work environments. Team Collaboration: Experience in a team-oriented setting. Professional Attributes: Positive attitude, reliability, and punctuality are must-haves. Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
