The Retail Sales Associate plays a crucial role in supervising and developing team members to boost sales while ensuring we meet the expectations of our retailers and clients. You will also handle project completion, maintain inventory, and ensure effective communication within the store. The Retail Sales Associate reports directly to the Market Sales Manager. Your Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships through daily communication with store staff and management. Train and develop the skills of Sales Merchandisers and seasonal associates. Educate customers and store personnel about the benefits of our client’s products. Ensure high-quality work and maintain a well-stocked and organized store setting. Be familiar with all company policies and uphold them. Report successes and address potential challenges with the Market Sales Manager. Utilize handheld devices effectively to execute various tasks. Protect confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information. Requirements and Qualifications: Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs, with frequent lifting of up to 35 lbs, and the capability to lift heavy items (up to 100 lbs) with assistance. Work can be performed while sitting, standing, or walking, and involves physical activities such as twisting, bending, and climbing. Must be comfortable using electronics and technical products. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Flexible working hours required, including nights and weekends. High School diploma or equivalent certification is necessary. Valid driver's license is required for potential travel to additional locations. Maintain automobile liability insurance. Access to a computer, printing capabilities, Internet, and email is required. Prior customer service or sales experience is essential.
