Your Responsibilities: Become an expert on our products to assist families through each parenting stage. Greet customers warmly and guide them in exploring our product styles, features, and benefits. Maintain a strong customer focus on the sales floor. Create a positive and safe environment for both team members and customers. Consistently embody service standards while mentoring your team towards success. Lead business focus areas with structured planning and execution. Act as the Leader on Duty, guiding the team in achieving results while addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively. Leverage customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Build customer loyalty through engagement in our company programs. Provide constructive feedback to team members to elevate performance and recognize outstanding contributions. Support the team with asset protection through exemplary customer service and operational vigilance. Qualities We Admire in Candidates: A positive outlook focused on finding solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills. The capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in computer skills (Outlook, Excel, and web navigation). A diverse background with a range of skills and experiences. A high school diploma or GED is required. You Will Be Able To: Lift up to 40 pounds, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Stand or walk for extended periods and climb ladders as necessary.
