In this exciting role, you will provide essential in-store merchandising support to retailers, focusing on meeting shoppers' needs. Your responsibilities will include creating eye-catching displays, resetting shelves for optimal product rotation, and managing inventory to maximize sales potential. Your Typical Day as a Retail Sales Specialist: Promote programs and manage extra inventory while merchandising products effectively on the shelves. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers during each store visit. Aim to meet Key Performance Indicators for every performance period. Travel within your territory to complete all scheduled store visits. Accurately and promptly complete required reports. What We Offer: Competitive pay ranging from $22.00 - $25.00 per hour. You are open to coaching, can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and manage multiple priorities while delivering results. Previous experience in sales, merchandising, retail, or CPG is preferred. You can perform physical tasks including moving, bending, standing, and repetitively lifting up to 50 lbs. A company-provided tablet will be used for recording daily work activities. Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel independently within the assigned territory.
