Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers warmly, providing insightful assistance regarding our product styles, features, and benefits. Proactively resolve customer challenges while managing multiple customers in a lively retail atmosphere. Assist customers with omnichannel inquiries to enhance their shopping experience. Process point of sale transactions and manage floor replenishment and incoming shipments efficiently. Clearly communicate current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers. Maintain a safe, clean store environment while minimizing loss through outstanding customer service. Desired Qualities: A positive and solution-oriented attitude. Proven customer service and engagement skills. Effective verbal and written communication abilities. The capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Capacity to stand or walk for long periods and climb ladders as needed.
