Role Overview: As a Cardiovascular Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for: Sales Performance: Achieving sales quotas, market share, and growth objectives within the Cardiovascular & Metabolism segment. Customer Development: Building long-term relationships with cardiologists, specialists, and healthcare sites through daily calls and engagement. Thought Leadership: Developing industry thought-leaders and leveraging networks to influence clinical protocols and access. Consultative Selling: Applying expertise in cardiovascular and metabolic therapies to meet customer needs. Business Analytics: Using data and market analysis to inform business strategies. Strategy & Resource Management: Adapting strategies based on local market conditions and opportunities. Technology Utilization: Using technology tools to analyze results and manage customer information. Collaboration: Working effectively with internal and external partners and maintaining open communication. Administrative Responsibilities: Completing administrative tasks such as compliance, expense reports, and call documentation efficiently. Compensation and Benefits: Base Pay: $80,000 to $115,000 Incentive Compensation: Participation in a competitive sales incentive program Company Car: Eligibility through the FLEET program Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, legal insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more. Qualifications: Required: Bachelors Degree, valid U.S. drivers license, minimum 2 years healthcare sales or related experience, or recent Military transition. Preferred: Experience in cardiovascular or thrombosis areas, documented sales results, ability to travel up to 50%, and residency or willingness to relocate within the geography.
