Purpose of Role The Retail Sales Specialist plays a vital role in driving store sales and achieving key performance indicators by embodying our brand values and providing exceptional experiences for our customers. This position reports to the Store Manager and includes routine operational responsibilities, as well as Stock Specialist duties when needed. Your Impact Sales & Omni Assist customers directly to achieve sales goals set by the Retail Store Manager. Process omni-channel requests in accordance with UA procedures and policies. Brand Image & Customer Experience Exemplify the UA service culture and elevate customer expectations. Effectively communicate brand messages while assisting customers using the UA Service Model. Enhance selling techniques by participating in product knowledge training. Retail Operations Uphold the standards for merchandise presentation and store layout. Follow UA policies and procedures diligently. Perform operational and cash procedures accurately as per training provided. Adhere to Under Armour's dress code and attendance rules. Fulfill your scheduled work hours in alignment with Under Armour’s attendance policy. Team Collaboration/Self Growth Work collaboratively with team members to realize store objectives. Take ownership of your personal growth and actively pursue opportunities to enhance your contributions. Qualifications Basic skills in numeracy, literacy, listening, and communication. Fluency in the local language is required. Comfortable with computers and various technology. Strong team collaboration skills with a proven ability to work well with others. Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Requirements 0-3 months of experience in a sports/apparel & footwear retail setting. Availability to work flexible hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends. Physical Requirements Able to lift and move products weighing up to 25 lbs/12 kgs. Capable of staying active and moving throughout the store for extended periods. Access to all areas of the store, including the sales floor, stockroom, and register area.
