In addition to sales, you'll assist with various operational tasks as directed by the management team, such as ensuring store presentation and cleanliness. Reports To: Store Management Key Responsibilities Customer Experience Welcoming Customers: Greet every customer with warmth and enthusiasm as soon as they walk through the door. Making a Great First Impression: Ensure a positive initial experience through your energy and professional attire. Maintaining Store Standards: Keep the store clean and organized by adhering to our high standards. Product Knowledge: Share up-to-date and relevant product information with customers. Fitting Room Assistance: Provide excellent service in the fitting rooms, respond promptly to customer needs, and encourage additional purchases. Cash Wrap Service: Offer fast and friendly service at the cash wrap, promote Gift Cards, and keep the area tidy while gathering customer information. Customer Appreciation: Thank every customer for choosing to shop with us as they exit. Teamwork and Reliability Task Completion: Complete all assigned tasks from management to a standard of excellence. Punctuality: Arrive on time and stick to your assigned schedule.
