Your responsibilities include: Welcoming guests with a genuine smile and assisting them in locating merchandise tailored to their needs. Learning and sharing product knowledge to provide expert recommendations that enhance our guests' shopping experience. Promoting our brand and informing guests about current marketing initiatives and upcoming events. Participating in store meetings and striving to exceed sales and service goals set by management. Qualifications for Success: Two or more years of guest service and sales experience. A proactive mindset and natural collaboration skills. A high school diploma or GED. Willingness to support the business in a variety of tasks as necessary. Physical Requirements: Frequent lifting/moving of items up to 50 pounds. Bending, stooping, and kneeling required on a regular basis. Occasional ladder climbing. Ability to stand for long periods, up to 8 hours. Availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
