Engage customers through open-ended questions to better understand their needs. Stay informed about product knowledge and current trends to effectively assist customers. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Qualifications: 0-3 years of retail experience. Comfortable and confident in engaging with customers to deliver an exceptional experience. Energetic and motivated to achieve results through interaction with customers and athletic products. Proactive in completing tasks with minimal supervision.
