Proven ability to meet personal and store sales goals consistently. Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (12-29 hours weekly). Preferred Qualifications (Skills and Abilities): Strong customer service skills with a genuine interest in interacting with people. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Physical Demands: Required to stand and walk constantly. Frequent reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping of merchandise.
