Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience. Engage with customers actively on the sales floor and demonstrate effective selling techniques. Keep the sales floor, checkout area, fitting rooms, and stock room organized and inviting. Execute opening and closing duties as needed. Embody Kindthread Core Values at all times. Maintain strong visual merchandising standards to attract customers. Essential Qualifications: 0-2 years of relevant job experience; a minimum of 6 months in retail is preferred. Proven ability to meet personal and store sales goals consistently. Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (12-29 hours weekly). Preferred Qualifications (Skills and Abilities): Strong customer service skills with a genuine interest in interacting with people. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Physical Demands: Required to stand and walk constantly. Frequent reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping of merchandise. Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds and frequent lifting of up to 20 pounds. Ability to climb ladders and step stools occasionally.
