Job Overview We are seeking passionate Retail Sales Specialists to enhance our customers' shopping experiences and contribute to our sales success. This exciting role involves understanding customer needs, providing comprehensive product information, and effectively closing sales. A genuine interest in designer toys will set you apart as an ideal candidate. What You Will Achieve Welcome customers warmly, engage them in friendly conversation, and inquire about their shopping needs. Become a subject matter expert on POP MART’s key products, characters, and company history. Recommend products that align with customer interests and assist in their decision-making process. Utilize the cash register to efficiently process customer transactions. Assist with product deliveries and maintain an organized stockroom. Ensure a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment. Drive sales for key company products like Blind boxes, MEGA figures, and accessories. Be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. What You Will Need 1+ year of retail experience in a customer-facing role. Confident and engaging with customers to deliver an exceptional experience. Ability to speak or understand multiple languages is a plus. Must be at least 18 years of age.
