As a Retail Sales Specialist at Torrid, you will provide exceptional service and create meaningful connections with our customers, ensuring they feel comfortable, valued, and confident. Responsibilities: Create a fantastic shopping experience that builds customer loyalty and encourages positive connections. Manage register functions while leveraging your product knowledge to promote add-on sales. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends. Maintain sales floor standards and aesthetics to enhance the shopping environment. Organize and maintain a clean stockroom, providing a welcoming and inviting store atmosphere. Qualifications: Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred. Skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced setting while committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience. Fashion-focused with a good understanding of current trends. Physical Requirements: (with or without reasonable accommodations): Able to stand and walk throughout the scheduled shifts. Capable of packing and unpacking shipments, moving store fixtures, and handling packages weighing up to 50 lbs. Experience reaching for merchandise using ladders, step stools, and retrieving tools.
