Camping World is excited to expand our team and is looking for a Retail Sales Specialist . In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service that keeps our clients coming back! What You'll Do: Deliver outstanding customer service that makes every visitor feel valued. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Lead your department with enthusiasm while assisting and mentoring fellow team members. Promote company programs, including warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships. Develop strong product knowledge to better meet customer needs and drive sales. Ensure the store is well-presented and stocked, including general housekeeping tasks. Be prepared to cross-train in various duties to support team goals. Perform other miscellaneous assignments as needed. What You'll Need to Succeed: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior retail experience is preferred. Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal. Maintain a professional demeanor and strong work ethic. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs using assistive devices. Comfortable with periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending. Pay and Benefits: Our pay range is $14.00-$16.53 hourly.
