Selected candidates will be contacted when positions arise. Key Responsibilities: Promote a culture of customer service and selling excellence to build lasting relationships. Become knowledgeable in our product categories and effectively communicate this to customers. Meet and exceed measurable performance goals, including units per transaction and customer engagement metrics. Stay informed about current promotions and merchandise advertising. Maintain company merchandising standards and assist with store displays and housekeeping. Process merchandise efficiently and manage floor stock. Complete all sales transactions with accuracy and accountability. Seek opportunities to improve skills and work with the leadership team on metrics enhancement. Adhere to all laws and company policies. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Maintain high standards of work quality, attendance, and personal appearance. Qualifications: Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to adapt to scheduling changes and work extended hours when necessary. Competencies: Customer Centric/Sales Driven: Focus on engaging the customer and improving their experience.
