Join our dynamic team as a Retail Sales Specialist! We are looking for passionate individuals to help expand our customer base and drive sales success. Key Responsibilities: Develop and enhance your sales skills by mastering the "7 Steps to Selling". Lead the store operations and support the team in the absence of the store manager. Commit to continuous personal and professional development. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time commission-based role. Our hours of operation are Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with potential for additional hours as necessary. You will work a 5-day schedule. Compensation Plan: Base salary of $500.00 per week. Weekly bonuses based on deliveries. In addition to your base salary, you have the potential to earn monthly bonuses through participation in key programs: Best Care Plus Club Program Month 85% = $150 monthly FastTrack Month 50% = $150 monthly BestPay Month 60% = $150 monthly (Achieving all three can net you $450 for the month, or $5,400 annualized.) Monthly Bonus Calculation: The percentage for each component is determined by the number of deliveries that accepted each individual program. For example, if there are 100 total deliveries and 90 participate in the Best Care Plus Club Program, the percentage for that program would be 90%. Exclusions: Retypes will not count as deliveries, and any agreements with less than $40.00 in rental paid will be excluded as well. Monthly Period Definition: The monthly calculation starts on the Monday before the first Saturday of the month and concludes on the last Saturday of that month. Bonuses are paid the following month after verification. Note: To be eligible for any bonus payments, employees must be employed at the time of payment and meet all company requirements.
