Assessing customers' unique needs and recommending suitable ACE products and services. Communicating with customers effectively, showing empathy for their challenges, and building trust. Delivering exceptional customer service to foster lasting relationships. Managing various services that may vary by store, such as cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. Maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and strict compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines. We are seeking Retail Sales Specialists who have an entrepreneurial spirit and can work independently, taking accountability for overall store performance. Building trust with customers is our top priority, so listening actively, communicating effectively, and empathizing with their challenges is essential for providing outstanding service. Sales Specialists should comprehensively understand the diverse range of financial products and services that ACE offers. A minimum of two years of retail experience is advantageous. Fluency in Spanish is beneficial in many of our markets, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Travel Requirements Travel is mainly local but may involve visiting multiple stores in a day as needed. Physical Demands This position requires regular standing for extended periods, along with sitting, walking, reaching, bending, and effective verbal communication. Employees must have the ability to see at varying distances and adjust focus as required. Occasionally, employees may need to lift or move items weighing up to 25 lbs. The ability to work 10-12 hours in a confined work area is expected, based on state-specific labor laws.
