As a Microsoft Expert, youll work in one of our retail stores to provide customers with complete solutions across the Microsoft brand. First, well give you all the training you need to be an expert. Once youre trained, youll demonstrate, promote and sell a variety of Microsoft products across categories to ensure customers' needs are fully met. Youll also share your Microsoft knowledge with other sales associates throughout the store, so theyre also prepared to show the brands value.
