Job Title: Retail Sales Representative Immediate Manager: Store Manager Direct Reports: 0 Job Classification: Non - Exempt Budget Responsibility: N/A The Purpose: As a Retail Sales Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service, meet individual sales targets, foster teamwork, uphold merchandising standards, and protect company assets. The Role: Welcome and engage every customer, demonstrating thorough product knowledge. Stay informed about promotions and marketing initiatives. Assist with floor layouts, merchandising, display upkeep, and store cleanliness. Help process and restock merchandise while keeping track of inventory levels. Complete pricing adjustments and manage price changes efficiently. Utilize a computerized point-of-sale system for sales entries, processing payments, handling refunds, and issuing gift certificates. Reconcile daily sales and prepare cash deposits and end-of-day reports for management review. Maintain expertise in all merchandise details, including pricing, product features, and stock locations in the store. Effectively manage merchandise receiving processes, including inspection, tagging, stocking, and visual merchandising. Report any damages or incorrect shipments to store management promptly. Ensure a well-organized and visually appealing store environment by cleaning, dusting, and arranging merchandise attractively. You Are: Retail Savvy: You understand the nuances of a luxury retail environment and its clientele. Goal-Oriented: You are motivated and strategize to meet daily, monthly, and annual sales targets. Fashionable: You stay current with trends and offer stylish recommendations to customers. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma. Must be at least 18 years old. Minimum of 6 months' experience in retail sales. Ability to read, write, and count to accurately complete documentation. Able to operate necessary equipment and perform tasks such as standing, stooping, lifting up to 11 kilograms, and climbing ladders.
