Proactively resolve customer inquiries in a busy retail setting. Support omnichannel needs to enhance the customer shopping experience. Manage point of sale transactions efficiently. Participate in floor replenishment and handle shipments as needed. Communicate promotional events and the brand's loyalty program effectively. Maintain a clean, safe store environment to minimize loss. Qualities we’re looking for: A positive and problem-solving attitude. Strong customer service and engagement abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently. You can: Lift up to 40 pounds as required, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Stand or walk for extended periods; climb ladders as necessary. Provide flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
